Sillypedia is known for its regular updates and not being forgotten about for half a year before the maintainer comes back to write something new.

Our great founder, Steve Employment, invented sillypedia while at sea, on an expedition for knowledge, and we have still not found a way to repatriate the servers so they are stuck in international waters. Steve did unfortunately not make it back to land in time and this has caused a massive legal headache.
