Lloydsinisation (American English: Lloydsinization) is the gradual process by which all financial institutions in the United Kingdom become part of the Lloyds banking group.

Lloyds currently owns Halifax and Bank of Scotland, which are really the same thing but they don't want the Scottish to know the bank is English so they pulled that fast one - although the Scottish know what they're up to. They also own my workplace pension provider Scottish Widows, which, like, is that a threat? Also what's the whole thing with Scotland. Why don't you move up there if you love it so much?

The government told them to calm it when they got too big n so they were forced to sell off TSB which they're still mad about to this day.

To make up for this, they recently bought up FinTech (Shark Technology) firm Curve, who innovated new ways to not return money to investors by losing money at a record pace, meaning initial investors are expected to get approximately £nil back.

Researchers expect that by 2050, Lloyds will finally have the working capital to buy out the Bank of England, and at that point they will finally rest.
